Contractor works (SRU/KTU/FCC/AKL/FGD executed by Punj Lloyd is the
Contractor) in FW Home Office and provide support to EPC contractor,
approving and monitoring their schedule, progress, look head plans,
review of updated schedule, progress measuring system, commodity plan,
manpower planning etc. Co-ordination with Engineering and Procurement,
Vendors and Client. Project reporting including Monthly/Weekly Progress
reports to client, Management reports and various special reports.
Highlights of main activities, area of concerns and corrective actions,
action items, schedule highlights. Reviewing Critical Path, forecast
completion plans, Engineering & procurement deliverables at site to keep
the project on schedule.
Petrofac International Ltd Project Handled: Setting up Stabilization
and Sweetening Train Unit for KPO Kazakasthan
Represent as a Planning Engineer, coordinating and represent Project
Control team at site and provide help in the development of
comprehensive Planning package including resources loaded Level 4
Construction schedule, construction look head plans, Updating of
Schedule and preparation of Progress, 'S' Curves (Engineering,
Procurement & Construction), progress measuring system, commodity plan,
manpower planning etc. for Civil, structural, Mechanical equipments,
piping and E & I works from site preparation till facility shutdown to
facilitate piping tie-in’s / Hook ups, pre-com & commissioning during
shutdown.

Review current status of both Engineering and Procurement for the
project (CDU / VDU) and prepare a detailed Level 4 construction schedule
incorporating the physical status, Look ahead plans, to track and review
Critical Path activities. To co-ordinate with the Consultant, Project
Managers and Area Construction Manager for the issues related to
Engineering, Procurement and Construction. To expedite the IFC drawing
release & follow up equipments delivery schedule at site to meet the
onsite required dates to keep project on Schedule. To coordinate with
contract cell to issue the Work Order to the MOU and Unit Rate
Contractors.
